Pearl Senior Center - (Pearl, MS)
Funded through the Community Development Block Grant program, this 12,000 SF facility will serve as a community center forthe senior citizens of the City of Pearl. Construction is underway and completion is scheduled for Early Summer of 2012. Architectural design has been provided by JH&H Architects of Jackson, MS.
New Multipurpose Facilities for Elzy & Leflore Elementary School - (Greenwood, MS)
New construction of a 12,500 SF multipurpose facility for Elzy Elementary in Greenwood, MS and a 8,300 SF multipurpose facility for Leflore Elementary in Itta Bena, MS. Each building will contain basketball gymnasiums designed for high school level specifications. Projects are scheduled for completion in December of 2011. Architectureal design provided by Dale-Bailey, and Association of Jackson, MS. This project has been partially funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
Delta Blues Museum - (Clarksdale, MS)-New Facility
New addition, renovations and grounds improvements to the historic Delta Blues Museum. Construction is underway and is scheduled for completion during the Winter of 2011. Architectural design provided by Belinda Stewart Architects, PA-Eupora, MS.
Delta Oil Mill - (Jonestown, MS)-New Facility
Project consisted of a 7,000 square foot office building for the Delta Oil Mill in Jonestown, MS. This new construction included asphalt paving, two-story wood framed structure, standing seam metal roof, brick veneer, and interior and exterior storefront systems. Project is complete.

North Panola Bus Repair Facility - (Sardis, MS)
Construction of a 5,000 sqft maintenance headquarters for N. Panola School District in Sardis, MS. Construction was delivered on time during Winter of 2011. Architectural design provided by Bailey Architecture-Education P.A. of Tupelo, MS. Project is complete.
Delta State University Fire Station -(Cleveland, MS)-New Facility
New construction of a 4,500 square foot facility for the Fire Department of the City of Cleveland. This project includes a new storm drainage system, heavy-duty concrete drives, and a pre-engineered metal building system. Phase 1 is complete. Phases 2 & 3 are now underway. Architecture design provided by Gary Shafer & Associates of Starkville, MS.

Humphreys County High School Gym - (Belzoni, MS)
A 12,000 SF construction renovation contract for Humphreys County School Board of their high school campus in Belzoni, MS. Project was fast tracked (100 calendar days) and was completed on time. Work included new, efficient mechanical and electrical systems, refinishing bleachers, newly remodeled locker rooms and office spaces.
New Medical Office Building - Yalobusha General Hospital & Nursing Home(Water Valley, MS) -
New construction of approximately 10,500 SF of medical office space. This building features brick veneer, metal standing seamed roof, radiused structural steel canopy and site improvements. Project is complete.
Downtown Reconstruction for the City of Cleveland (Cleveland, MS) -
Project includes removal of existing sidewalks and replacement with decorative stamped concrete. Replacement of existing electrical and traffic systems.
Solar Cells - Little River National Park (Ft. Payne, AL)
The Little River National Park, part of the National Park Service, recently contracted with NRG Vision from Atlanta, GA and D. Carroll Construction, LLC in Oxford, MS to design and install solar cells in their park operations facility near Ft. Payne, AL. This solar installation is in keeping with the federal government's strategy to use renewable energy sources where possible to lower carbon emissions and reduce America's dependence on foreign energy sources.
Historical Renovation to Hill Hall - The University of Mississippi (Oxford, MS).
Project includes renovating approximately 10,000 of an existing 1920's campus facility. Construction work includes replacement of all mechanical & electrical systems, masonry and clay tile roof restorations.
U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers - Sardis Field Office (Sardis, MS)-New Facility
A new field office for US Army Corp of Engineers - developing a 6 acre site and a new 7500 square foot facility. Project is complete.

Humphreys County Health Center (Belzoni, MS)-
The Humphreys County Board of Supervisors with the aide of the South Delta Planning and Development District, Inc., the Rural Development Board of the USDA and The State of Mississippi have authorized the build out of over 14,000 square feet of office space for the Humphreys County Health and Human Services Departments in the county owned Sherrill Building on Hwy 49 West near Belzoni, MS. This project provided consolidation for these two departments into one location and enable more effective and efficient delivery of the services they provide to the citizens of Humphreys County. The project will be completed in August of 2010.
Renovations to Carver & Lawhon Elementary Schools (Tupelo, MS). Project included interior and exterior demolition and renovation of existing facilties. Construction is complete.
Ole Miss ID Center Renovations (Oxford, MS) -
Renovation of approx. 5000 SF for the ID Center department of Ole Miss. Project is complete.
Provence Park (Oxford, MS) -
50 unit, high-end condominium development. Stand-alone units average 2800 sq ft & include 10' ceilings, heartpine flooring, Viking kitchens, slate porches and more. Contract included home construction, sitework and construction of the Amenity Center.
Grenada Upper Toe Ditch Renovation (Grenada Lake, Grenada, MS) -
Project includes replacement of the upper toe drainage ditch at Grenada Lake for the US Army Corp of Engineers.
Columbus Air Force Base 1827 (Columbus, MS) -
Project includes new construction of a 2,000 square foot maintenance building for munitions area.
South 18th Street and Molly Barr road Sidewalk Extensions (Oxford, MS) -
Project includes installation of approximately 25,000 square feet of concrete sidewalks, 5,000 linear feet of concrete curb & gutter, overlayment of asphalt and storm drainage improvements. Project is complete.
Fast-Pitch Softball Field (Oxford School District) - Oxford, MS
Built for the Oxford School district, this project includes applying athletic surface playing materials, Musco lighting system, field equipment, and laser grading. Project is complete.
